Your peel or resurfacing treatment begins with a personalized consultation to assess your skin and goals. The procedure itself varies in intensity depending on the selected treatment but typically involves the Sciton laser precisely removing the outer layers of damaged skin. The NanoLaserPeel provides a gentle refresh, while the MicroLaserPeel and Contour TRL offer deeper resurfacing for more advanced concerns. During the treatment, you may feel warmth or mild tingling, but a topical anesthetic or cooling device can be used for added comfort.
AFTER TREATMENT

You may experience redness, swelling, or a sensation similar to a sunburn, depending on the depth of your peel. Protect your skin by avoiding sun exposure and wearing sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. You may notice peeling or flaking in the days following treatment; reframe from picking or peeling the peeling skin. There may be additional post care instructions depending on the resurfacing laser you received—be sure to ask your provider on specific instructions.
