We’ve talked a lot during these summer months about bringing skin back to its most healthy state through cleansing and toning, as well as protecting it with moisturizer and sunscreen. Another element of balanced skincare is prevention and correction. For many, this can be the most confusing one. It can feel like the solutions are endless, and sometimes it’s difficult to know exactly what your skin needs. The good news: The Aesthetic Center has experts who can help! Below is our treatment breakdown on the skincare services we offer:
Chemical Peels
A chemical peel uses a chemical solution to improve the appearance of your skin. The solution removes layers, revealing more youthful skin underneath. Chemical peels can reduce or improve fine lines and wrinkles, acne, scars, uneven skin tone and other imperfections. Different chemicals determine the depth of your peel and type of skin condition treated.
An often-surprising benefit to chemical peels is their ability to stimulate collagen and healthy growth of skin cells. They can also increase the effectiveness of skincare products by allowing them to penetrate deeper into the skin after top layers of skin, buildup, and congestion are removed.

Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning is a minimally invasive, exfoliating procedure that removes the top layers of your skin – including dead skin cells and fine hair. It can help reduce the appearance of acne scars or other skin imperfections by revealing newer, undamaged skin. It can make your skin look younger although it doesn’t stop the aging process. Some people also get dermaplaning for temporary hair removal.
Hydrafacial®
Hydrafacials are a non-invasive treatment used to improve skin health and address common concerns. Unlike traditional facials, this treatment uses a device that works like a vacuum to penetrate inner pores. Hydrafacials involve three main steps, though treatments can be personalized to treat specific skin concerns:
BONUS: LED Light Therapy is the perfect pairing with a Hydrafacial or certain medical facials (see below). This therapy deeply enhances treatments by promoting healing within the skin. This FDA-cleared device treats full-face wrinkles, and mild to moderate acne, while calming redness and reducing inflammation.
Injectables & Fillers
If you are looking for a safe and effective way to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles or restore lost volume in the face, injectables or fillers might be right for you. BOTOX® and JUVÉDERM® are most commonly injected into various areas of the face and chin. All injections at The Aesthetic Center are administered by a trained Medical Associates provider to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Medical Facials
Our medical facials are administered by a licensed aesthetician who not only understands the skin, but is also trained in advanced skin care and has the ability to customize and facilitate an effective treatment plan. There are many different types of medical facials, and each is designed to cleanse, exfoliate, and brighten skin.

Microchanneling
A microchanneling treatment uses a tool with precision micro-tips containing ultra-fine needles to inject customized serums, loaded with anti-aging agents, directly into the skin. The treatment stimulates the skin’s natural healing process, and boosts production of collagen and cell growth of healthy skin.
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a minimally invasive procedure to remove the uppermost layer of skin from your face or body, using a special exfoliating device. The tool exposes a new layer of skin and cleans pores simultaneously. It can help improve the appearance of your skin and minimize wrinkles, age spots and other similar skin concerns.
