The Aesthetic Center opened its doors in January 2021 and is staffed by multi-specialty Medical Associates providers. Medical Associates Clinic was established in 1924, and is the oldest multispecialty group practice clinic in Iowa. With over 180 providers serving Dubuque and the Tri-state area, Medical Associates delivers high quality care with a staff of over 1100 health care professionals and support personnel, and has been recognized since 1998 as a “better performing practice” by the Medical Group Management Association.
Tim King, MD
Aesthetic Center Medical Director
Dr. King is board-certified in Otolaryngology (ENT) and has over 20 years of maxillofacial surgery experience. He offers cosmetic procedures for the nose, eyebrow, and ears. Dr. King blends aesthetics and medicine to achieve a natural and youthful look.
Ty Willman, MD
Dr. Willman is board-certified in Otolaryngology and specializes in plastic surgery of the ears, eyebrow, and nose. He provides expert surgical care to help every client look and feel their best.
Emily May, ARNP, DNP
Emily is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner certified in administering injectables and laser treatments to treat various skin concerns including acne, scarring, aging skin, pigmentation issues, Rosacea, skin laxity, and hair removal.
Joy Musselman, CCST, CMA, PMU ARTIST
Joy is a certified CoolSculpting Technician & Body Contouring Specialist, Certified Medical Assistant, skincare clinician, and permanent makeup artist. She has over 6 years of experience in CoolSculpting and 18 years in aesthetics. At the Aesthetic Center, Joy specializes in CoolSculpting, delivering personalized treatments to help clients achieve their desired body contouring goals. She also provides a semi-permanent makeup services, Microblading and Nano Brows, to help clients achieve flawless, natural-looking eyebrows.
Dawn Hare, RN, LE
Dawn is an RN injector and licensed aesthetician. She has 28 years of experience in the medical field, with 7 years in aesthetics. At The Aesthetic Center, Dawn administers BOTOX® and Dysport® injectables and JUVÉDERM® filler. She also provides facial services such as chemical peels, deluxe facials, Hydrafacial® treatments, and microchanneling.
